Yes! All US orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Are your products safe for newborns?
All Goma Baby products are made with non-toxic, lead-free, and phthalate-safe materials. Our furniture meets CPSC and ASTM International safety standards. Textiles are OEKO-TEX certified.

Where are your products made?
All our products are ethically and sustainably handmade in Turkey by skilled artisans.

How do I care for my Goma Baby furniture?
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

How do I wash the textiles?
Machine wash at 30°C, tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly.

Personalization

How do I personalize a name puzzle?
Enter the desired name in the personalization field on the product page before adding to cart. Maximum 10 characters.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
