All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Turkey. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love your Goma Baby purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Personalized items (name puzzles) cannot be returned unless defective
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@gomababy.com
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at hello@gomababy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
